Part One: Where We Are

Our Nation is in political turmoil. Critical problems fester. Trust is out the window. No democracy can operate in the absence of basic trust, mutual respect, and recognition that we are, in fact, interdependent as a society, an economy, and a nation. Arizona has similar challenges. Independent minded voters can play a pivotal role in electing leaders who are willing to compromise and resolve critical issues, despite obstacles erected by the major parties.

The Arizona Independent Voter’s Network offers a way for voters like you to connect and have a positive influence, especially in close elections. We want to mobilize voters like you and me—now part of a major voter segment Nationally and in Arizona—to exercise our Constitutional rights and make a difference.

Appealing? Then take two more minutes and find out in Part Two what you can do.

Part Two: What We Can Do

We can organize without devoting a lifetime to it.

Our Network if focused upon ways that Arizona can prosper with better, more representative governance at the National and State level. We seek to inspire independent minded Arizonans to cast informed ballots in ever greater numbers.

Four attempts to establish equitable voting rules in Arizona for people like us have failed. But the effort will continue. We can still make a difference even under the existing rules when we work as a group to cast our ballots strategically. Our Network promotes exactly that behavior where we can make a difference in election outcomes. We can get better at exercising our Constitutional rights the hard way: one voter at a time.

A vast array of citizen organizations has emerged to preserve political guardrails the parties are tearing down. Many focus on new rules that welcome people like us at the ballot box, despite strong partisan resistance. AIVN supports such initiatives.

We are developing a network of independent minded voters in Arizona and seek to grow that Network as we head into the 2026 and 2028 elections. As a 501(h) non-profit, we will advocate for Independent candidates and constructive legislation. We strive to awaken the “sleeping giant” of Arizonans in districts where gerrymandering has not created an imbalance too steep to overcome.
